Position Details

Begin your career as a Recruiter (Training Program)

o   Learn our business from the ground up, promotions are only from within

o   No need for an IT background, a thorough on the job training program in place

o   Conduct phone screens and interviews with qualified IT consultants and contractors for open positions within our Fortune 500 and 1000 company clients

o       Assigned a mentor who works with you on career goals and helps you track for a promotion

o       Develop sales and account management skills within the Technical sector (40 billion dollar a year industry) 

Promotion to Account Manager Position (average recruiter training lasts 6-8 months)o   Be the face of Insight Global. Targeting specific clientele and marketing our staffing service as a resource for hiring needs.o   Build and maintain relationships with managers at Fortune 500 and 1000 company clientso   Entertain managers at lunch, dinner, baseball and football games, after work cocktails, concerts, etc.o   Focus on either existing account penetration or develop a new territory. Trained on business strategy and a specific sales approach.o   Un-invasive sales approach. More specifically efforts made to build a lasting business relationship and presenting Insight Global as an option for staffing needs.
