For Supervisors
Job postings should contain the following information:
Descriptive Job title;
Short outline of the position;
Who the postition’s Supervisor is, and their contact information;
When the job closes.
In addition, the person posting the position advertisement should verify that the posting is placed under the correct department.
How to Post a Job:
STEP 1: Log In
STEP 2: Click on “Write A Post”
STEP 3: Click on your department in Categories
STEP 4: Fill in Title
STEP 5: Write your post in text box
A) Job Title and Job Code
B) Department
C) Start Date (of job, not posting)
D) End Date (of job, not posting)
E) Brief Description including Qualifications
F) How to apply (with contact info)
STEP 6: Upload any files or pictures (optional)
STEP 7: Click “Publish” (if post is ready for website)
STEP 8: Click on “View Post” to view your position on the website
